Congratulations to the students who participated in the FFMC local junior festival.   Every student who was judged received the highest ratings of Superior on all pieces performed.   These students have qualified to go on to the FFMC Junior Convention in Tampa if they choose.

These students worked very hard to memorize their pieces.  A Superior rating means the student played well, no major memory slips, and demonstrated an understanding of phrasing, as well as used Artistry.  So proud of my students for accomplishing this!

Spring Concert!

The Spring Concert is coming soon!  It will take place on May 30th, a Sunday, at 2pm At the World Golf Village Church.  Please arrive a little early so as to find your socially distanced seats.  Temperature will be taken, and masks are required since we are inside.  I underastand that many people may be fully vaccinated, but there is no way for me to know, and so I would like to keep everyone safe and healthy.

For this concert instead of wiping the keys between each student, I will wipe them before the recital, and each student will use hand sanitizer before performing.  If you have questions or concerns please contact me!

I look forward to this wonderful event and I know that all the students will benefit from the experience.
